The Henderson Settlement Mission Team is collecting bingo prizes for the Senior Citizens who live in the mountains of Kentucky.
The purpose of these prizes is to provide things that are needed in every day life.
Everybody wins in these bingo games. Everybody gets to take home a prize or two. It is a fun way to give people what they need and perhaps cannot afford.
Sample items include: hand lotion, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, Kleenex (either small purse size or regular boxes), razors and shaving cream, and other things of that sort.
There are more women who play than men.
Leave your donations in the Faith Community office by April 14.
We will take these items with us on our mission trip. We leave on April 15.
